The workshop will commence with a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening (May 31, 2015) that will be held at the Palais des Congrès. Sessions will start on Monday morning (June 21, 2015) and will end on Friday afternoon (June 5, 2015). The workshop will close on Friday evening (June 5, 2015) with Farewell Drinks at the Palais des Congrès. The gala diner will take place on the thursday evening (June 5, 2015) at the Radisson Blue Hotel. The excursion will happen on Wednesday afternoon (June 3, 2015). It will consist of boat trip around the Bay of Ajaccio and a stop at the Iles Sanguinaires for swimming or hiking. Do not forget you sunblock, sunglasses, and swimming suits (if you are not afraid of fresh water).

The last session on Tuesday is a plenary one where the candidatures for ODYSSEUS 2018 will be presented. it is also possible for those who wishes to make announcements (conferences, books ...). The vote for ODYSSEUS 2018 will be possible during the morning sessions on Wednesday and the boat trip. The result will be revealed during the gala diner on Thursday.

It is possible to register at the Palais des Congrès (room Sempiero Corso) on sunday before the welcom party (from 5pm).
